The term Users means anyone who uses the services of Expreppro.com or Expreppro.in, and we mean the website Expreppro. Please carefully read the policies referenced herein.

1. The user may not use the Services to encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity.
2. Users do not use the Services to post, upload, share, store, or otherwise distribute content that is graphically violent or obscene, sexually explicit, promotes self-harm, promotes terrorist activity, promotes misinformation, or otherwise poses a threat to the public.

Users may not use the Services to post, upload, share, or store content that exploits or abuses children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse or including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that sexually presents children.
4. Users may not use the Services to facilitate abusive, harassing, or bullying behaviour.
5. Users do not use the services to post, upload, share, store, or otherwise distribute content against the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of India or any other nation that maintains friendly relations with the Republic of Estonia or the Republic of India.
6. Users may not use the Services to misappropriate or infringe upon anyone’s rights or anyone’s intellectual property rights.
7. Users may not use the Services to post, upload, share, or store malicious software, malware, viruses or other harmful code. You may not use the Services in any way that facilitates “spoofing” or “phishing” or is deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent, including impersonating other individuals or organisations or otherwise attempting to mislead others as to the identity of the originator of content or communication.
8. We will not ask for sensitive information like bank details, OTP, or ATM PIN. Do not share if someone asks for your credentials. Please email us if you face such situations or report such incidents to the authorities.
9. You may not use the Services to interfere with or otherwise negatively impact any aspect of the Services or any third-party products or services that are integrated or connected to the Services.
10. Expreppro reserves the right to suspend the use of and/or discontinue the provision of the Services to individuals and organisations who use the Services in breach of this Policy and the terms referenced herein.
11. Expreppro reserve the right to suspend the use of and/or discontinue the provision of the Services to individuals and organisations who use the Services in breach of the content policy and the terms referenced herein. Further, we reserve the right to immediately delete the infringing User Content or retain such User Content for the purposes of reporting the individual who is in breach to the concerned enforcement authorities.
